#1. Motivation and accountability: It is sometimes hard for me to believe, but many people do not love and look forward to working out for hours each day like I do (being sarcastic here)!?! Life seems to throw everything at us to try and keep us from taking care of ourselves. When we do have a little free time we are often tired and unmotivated. #2. They don’t know what to do: Walking into a big gym filled with equipment is sometimes overwhelming to people. They don’t know which type of exercise is best for their personal goals. They often don’t want to try new machines in fear of doing it wrong and being filmed on someones phone. So people will generally do the few safe things they know such as jogging on the treadmill and maybe doing some curls. While something is better than nothing there are ways to get much more out of exercise in shorter time. If you want to look and feel different you typically have to do things differently. Our trainers here at Elite Training not only have the best certifications and education one can get, but they have PASSION for what they do.
