Whitney Finch grew up in Cordell, OK and graduated from SWOSU with a degree in Chemistry. After college, he discovered his passion was not in Chemistry but was actually in helping people reach their potential through health, fitness and nutrition. After he took control of his own health, he lost 30 pounds and adapted a new healthy lifestyle entirely. In 2007, he became a personal trainer and applied his passion to helping others. In 2013, Elite Training Tulsa opened its first location. He opened two more facilities just a few years later and now employs over 20 personal trainers, several nutritionists and a life coach who specializes in weight loss. In 2015 he founded Elite Training Live (an online personal training platform) to be abe to help people all over the world. In the same year, He founded Meal Prep Tulsa (a meal prep delivery service), to cater to people where it mattered most – in the kitchen. Whitney has developed concise and highly effective systems to maximize results. His best advice to his clients and colleagues is to, “remain consistent and get back on the wagon each time you fall off. It doesn’t matter how many times you may fall off as long as you get back on each time.’
