I train with Aaron and have for several years at the Riverside studio. He is always challenging me and keeps tasks... fresh so that it is not repetitive or boring. I appreciate that he is sensitive to my weaknesses and will modify exercises to accommodate me, yet will not allow it to be an excuse for skipping anything. PLUS we have fun at my sessions! Since he comes from a bodybuilding, mma, and orange theory background he is a fit for any client. They say if you practice to many arts you will not be a mast of any. This is not true with him. He is so knowledgeable about not only the different exercises for me... to do but also the nutrition side of what my body needs in order to function properly and reach my goals of getting back into shape and feeling like my best self again! He utilizes technology, and encourages me to as well, to be able to see all the changes happening in my body so on the days I’m not feeling that motivated or the scale isn’t reflecting my sacrifices, I can still see the muscle gains and fat loss percentages and not give up or lose hope! "I have had a great, 5-star experience with Rick Tipton at Elite Training! He has been an excellent personal trainer,... helping with my athleticism, strength, flexibility/agility, and nutrition. We started working together before the Pandemic... but then, when that hit, we transitioned seamlessly to Facetime at-home workouts. We kept our program on track, and I was able to avoid the "Quarantine 10" lbs. Now that our state is re-opening, we're back to in-person workouts, Rick and Elite Training are adhering to CDC guidelines, my temperature is taken before I work out, the trainers wear masks, etc. Rick is the best - go to Elite training and ask for him specifically! I have trained at elite with Rick Tipton for the past 2 years and have had a great experience. He always has well... planned trainings. We continued training during the covid-19. Our trainer Rick followed the CDC procedures. He wore a mask, cleaned equipment. We filled out health forms each time and took temperature. There were always less than 10 people in the facility at all times. They are taking great precautions.read more

Honestly, I loved the app! It was easy to use and navigate through. Also, nice to have all the tools you need at the... touch of a button. However, some of the workouts were challenging so if you had any people who were beginners to exercising it would be nice to have modifiers available; some of the moves would be intimidating. Lastly, I was so impressed with your accountability and check ins. The fact that you text back and do so often had me surprised. With a group this size I was expecting something automated; in fact, I wasn't expecting to hear from a trainer at all. The consistency and the advice was really helpful and let me know that you cared and wanted to pour into my progress! So that was the best part for me. Thank you for all of the support through this 15 day challenge.read more

I’ve done the home workout offered during an Herbalife challenge. These workouts are so easy to squeeze in! I’m a mom... of two, so I’ve done them during bath time for my kids, even in the kitchen while my family finished up their dinner. Don't let the short time or the ability to do them anywhere fool you though, these workouts WILL get your heart rate up and burn the calories! I would HIGHLY recommend!Edit to add: The app used is super user friendly. I loved the voice commands, so I'm not constantly looking over at my phone to see what's next. I’m so glad I found this place! I was really nervous and intimidated by the thought of having a personal trainer. ... I’ve never done anything like this before and I’m so glad I broke out of comfort zone. During my initial consultation/assessment with Michael, he made me feel at ease and answered all my questions. My nerves completely disappeared, and I knew this was going to be a great fit. After signing up for a 12 month commitment to lose weight and get stronger, I was contacted by my new trainer, Deborah Pejak, within an hour of leaving Elite. She introduced herself and we set up my first session. Deb is awesome! She is encouraging, skilled, and makes you a better person. I like that she uses a series of intentional moves to maximize my results. I’ve only been going about 5 weeks now and I’m losing weight and inches. The workouts he creates are tough but there is always plenty of variety and they are never boring. Great for learning what you need to do. Found myself just wondering around the gym not really having any plan or real... understanding, or just running non-stop because that’s all I knew. So I did this and have been happy with it. Trainer Robert starts you off just learning the different movements and lifts, changes up the workouts and constantly adds weight to make sure you are always progressing. Elite Training is not like a “GloboGym”, you know, Ben Stiller from Dodgeball. What it is though is personalized one on... one, as well as group training, with amazing trainers who cater to their clients with specific workouts and dietary discussions to help you achieve your best results. Elissa is our trainer (my wife and I go together) and she’s the best! From working with us on our strengths and pushing us beyond our plateaus I couldn’t ask for a better trainer to have. The company I work for as a company benefit provides free personal training (in a small group setting) here at Elite... Fitness. Everyone in my group has Elissa Kennedy as their trainer and she is the best any of us have ever had with any company. She always pushes us but in a very motivational/positive way. Many if not everyone are already noticing fat loss, muscle gain. Everyone is feeling better & having more energy. Many of us just haven't had the same level of success anywhere else. Did I mention these results are only with two 30-min sessions a week? Eventually we might do 1hr sessions but 30-mins has proved to be very effective. Each session is different than the last. Most other places don't talk about nutrition either & that's key to results. Michael the manager and Whitney the owner, are down to earth, reasonable & very nice people to work with. You can't ask for a better team of people. I highly recommend this place. Give them a chance. Generally you can get 1 free no obligation workout to see if you like them. Give them a shot.read more

I made a conscious decision one day to improve my health, and I knew that I would need assistance with that for... accountability, if nothing else. In addition, I had lower back issues. Notice I said “had”. My search led me to to several different places, and Elite Training stood out above the rest, so I went for it. I met Michael, the Manager, told him what I wanted as far as results, and off I went! Very easy, no pressure environment, and Michael is a true professional. The best part is the Trainer he assigned me, Elissa Kennedy. Very professional, knowledgeable trainer who is an absolute blast to work out with. She pushes me to my limit without fail, every workout, and I reach my potential during every training session. And she does it safely, as I’m sure all the other Trainers at Elite do. I’m a month in, looking better, feeling awesome, and counting the minutes to my next workout, and the back issues are nonexistent! Elite Training is, in my opinion, the ONLY place to go!
