We have participated in a couple weight loss challenges with a spectacular coach. Each of us have changed our diets due to the challenges and the coaching. Great for learning what you need to do. Found myself just wondering around the gym not really having any plan or real understanding, or just running non-stop because that’s all I knew. So I did this and have been happy with it. Trainer Robert starts you off just learning the different movements and lifts, changes up the workouts and constantly adds weight to make sure you are always progressing. Great one on one attention for people who need it. Whether you are starting your fitness journey or just trying to take it to the next level Elite Training can help.read more

Elite Training is not like a “GloboGym”, you know, Ben Stiller from Dodgeball. What it is though is personalized one on one, as well as group training, with amazing trainers who cater to their clients with specific workouts and dietary discussions to help you achieve your best results. Elissa is our trainer (my wife and I go together) and she’s the best! From working with us on our strengths and pushing us beyond our plateaus I couldn’t ask for a better trainer to have. Hard work, perseverance and a trainer like Elissa at Elite Training can make all the difference.read more

Elite training is a great place to get a great workout in. The communication with the trainers is great and I always leave feeling like I got a great workout with the 30 minute sessions. The facility is great and I would recommend them to anyone. I just recently started working out with Robert, and he has been great to work with. The company I work for as a company benefit provides free personal training (in a small group setting) here at Elite Fitness. Everyone in my group has Elissa Kennedy as their trainer and she is the best any of us have ever had with any company. She always pushes us but in a very motivational/positive way. Many if not everyone are already noticing fat loss, muscle gain. Everyone is feeling better & having more energy. Many of us just haven't had the same level of success anywhere else. Did I mention these results are only with two 30-min sessions a week? Eventually we might do 1hr sessions but 30-mins has proved to be very effective. Each session is different than the last. Most other places don't talk about nutrition either & that's key to results. Michael the manager and Whitney the owner, are down to earth, reasonable & very nice people to work with. You can't ask for a better team of people. I highly recommend this place. Give them a chance. Generally you can get 1 free no obligation workout to see if you like them. Give them a shot.read more

I made a conscious decision one day to improve my health, and I knew that I would need assistance with that for accountability, if nothing else. In addition, I had lower back issues. Notice I said “had”. My search led me to to several different places, and Elite Training stood out above the rest, so I went for it. I met Michael, the Manager, told him what I wanted as far as results, and off I went! Very easy, no pressure environment, and Michael is a true professional. The best part is the Trainer he assigned me, Elissa Kennedy. Very professional, knowledgeable trainer who is an absolute blast to work out with. She pushes me to my limit without fail, every workout, and I reach my potential during every training session. And she does it safely, as I’m sure all the other Trainers at Elite do. I’m a month in, looking better, feeling awesome, and counting the minutes to my next workout, and the back issues are nonexistent! Elite Training is, in my opinion, the ONLY place to go! Try it out yourself, and I’m sure you’ll agree!read more
