We understand it can be awkward to admit to poor eating, drinking and sleeping habits. We’ve all been there. There’s no judgment or guilt at Elite Training. But we need to know the truth about your routines so we can choose a fitness regimen that matches your situation and gets you results.
2. Ask for nutrition advice.
We can help you plan for better nutrition without adding stress to your life. Ask us anytime about food choices, supplements, protein shakes and other options that will help you eat healthier.
3. Give us feedback on your sessions.
Don’t hesitate to tell us if a workout is too easy or too hard for you. Everyone responds differently to exercise, and we can always adjust your workouts to suit you better. Just tell us what you need, and we’ll help!
4. Come properly prepared to train.
