“I liked the workouts because they were different combo moves mostly. ??. The balance work of some moves were excellent! For example, single leg squat in chair-stand-forward lunge, and single leg squat with other foot behind-elevated on bench. I’d say add more of those types of exercises simply because balance and core strength, in that way, are so important, especially as we age. People don’t realize if they train their balance in this way, it strengthens their core as well as their ankle and knee ligaments, hence, injury prevention. The other thing I would add is transition times between moves, like 10-20 seconds.” – Tina
