Kettlebell Training offers a terrific full-body workout that improves cardiovascular fitness and increases muscular strength.

Kettlebells are bell-shaped weights with a thick handle on top. Lifting and swinging the kettlebell in total body movements enhances mobility, increases strength and flexibility, and improves cardiovascular fitness. Our FMS 1 and FMS2 certified instructors teach safe kettlebell techniques with detailed instruction. The workouts are personalized, making them a great addition to any fitness routine or sport-specific training regimen.
